Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. We will only require that you send us a video or photo showing us the problem on the item.
For digital products, we will offer a troubleshooting guide and assistance. Please show on the video that you follow the guide. If after following the troubleshooting guide and nothing happened, we will replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item.We do not offer money back, only replacement.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. Please make sure that you choose wisely because if you made any mistake in selecting the sizes, it cannot be returned or replaced with another size. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that are lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s), or have used the item already.
Return to Sender
Cyber Zone Online will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels and items that are returning to sender due to invalid address or unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. If you missed the delivery, contact the nearest Postal Office right away to schedule a pick-up or request for re-delivery.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Normal delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Most customers get it in a few days but in some cases shipping may take a little longer due to situations out of our control such as an unanticipated delays with customs clearances and inspections.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Once we send you the tracking information, it means that we have forwarded the package to our shipping partners (UPS Mail Innovations, Post Office, or SF Express) whichever is applicable. At times, shipment details are not updated but rest assured that your package is moving. Most of our packages come from our warehouses in HK, Australia or Shenzen. So expect some delays.
Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all ports, and shipping couriers and deliveries are getting delayed because items undergo sanitation procedures in many places. Rest assured that you will receive the package.Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
